Since
1913, Stalter has manufactured high performance knives tailored for the United
States and Canadian woodworking industries.
Stalter uses only mill-direct,
high-quality raw steel in all our knives. First, the unfinished steel is quality-checked,
then pre-ground and heat-treated under the finest metallurgical control. After
it has hardened, we triple-temper and surface grind each knife, then check Rockwell
for hardness.
The results of Stalter's painstaking process are knives that
cut longer than other blades.
By rigorously controlling all steps in the
manufacturing process at our own facility, Stalter guarantees high-quality, competitive
prices, and quick delivery of every in-stock knife that is sold.
