AMV International : High Speed Steel Circular Saw Blades

SawSpec/AMV produces Solid High-Speed Steel Circular Saw Blades using our laser cutting equipment and our automatic heat treatment system. This also allows us to manufacture high performance blades and to provide a high quality product and service to our customers.

Standard blades available:

  • M2 HSS - Steam Tempered and Bright Finish (for coating applications) 63/65 HRc for ferrous cutting.
  • M35 Cobalt HSS - Steam Tempered and Bright Finish - 64/66 HRc for cutting more difficult metals.
  • M2 HSS - Bright Finish - low hardness for use on nonferrous applications at high RPM.

Special blades available are:

  • CHALLENGER I - Special Coated Blade - M35 64/66 HRc precision grind for high production applications.
  • CHALLENGER II - Special Coated Blade - M2 63/65 HRc precision grind for added life.
