Our Service
Over the last 4 years, we have invested heavily in state of the art processing equipment. Center stage of our investments is our Walter CNC5-D Grinding center for carbide tipped circular saw blades. The Walter Grinder combined with our internal processing techniques and reporting guarantees the keenest edge achievable in the industry. We are proud to say that we are a factory authorized service for General Saw Corporation. Capacity is 4" to 38".

We utilize Schmidt Tempo CNC OD grinders and bevellers for grinding HSS cold saw blades and nonferrous blades including solid carbide blades used on Rohbi cutoff saws. Capacity is 2" to 20".

We provide sharpening service for all types of industrial woodworking tools such as routers, cutters, profile knives both in carbide and PCD.

We offer machine shop service to our customers needing machine replacement parts that are no longer available off the shelf. We can open bores on carbide tipped saw blades, machine keyways, and machine fixtures all in an effort to support the sawing operations of our customers.

Our saw machine repair and maintenance service is second to none in Southeast Michigan. Our exclusive association with ARL Service, allows us to provide expert service in all aspects of saw machine repair, including mechanical, hydraulic/ pneumatic, electrical, electronic, CNC and PLC controls and we can provide this service at one of the most reasonable rates around.
