AC200 Magazine Loader Description

  • The system is suited for both round and square materials, both solid and tubes.
  • Recommended capacity in round materials is 3/4" - 3", and up to 3' in square materials.
  • Material is stored on inclined rack (inclination adjustable up to 25°), 20" long.
  • When previous bar is exhausted, a pneumatic cylinder lifts the supports that move the new bar into proper position for feeding; motorized rubber wheels send material forward; photoelectric eye detects when material has advanced for enough for the "trim cut" and saw vises clamp; machine resumes automatic operation. Trim cut and material remnant is pushed forward by the next piece to be cut.

  • H350A-NC Fully Automatic Bandsaw
    Machine and magazine bar loader must be ordered simultaneously.
    There is no retro-fit possibility.
