Kaltenbach KKS 401 / RKS 451

High Performance / CNC Circular Cold Saws Extremely high performance CNC sawing cells. KKS 401 models incorporate full CNC miter capability. RKS 451 models are designed for top performance straight cutting applications. Usually combined with a magazine infeed as well as output sorting options, these machines are favored wherever maximum throughput rates must be combined with closest tolerances and superior cut surface finish. Sawing cells are designed to offer prolonged periods of unmanned operation. Typical applications include: blanks for stamping/forgings, precision blanks for subsequent CNC machining, and on the KKS 401, exact miter cuts for subsequent robot welding.
