About Our Quality
While not ISO certified, our internal documentation provides the tools to track not only our own production, but the manufacturers we represent by documenting serial numbers and lot numbers assigned by the manufacturer. Our inspection procedures drastically reduce the potential of poor quality products or service reaching our customers. We utilize both preventive (PAR) and corrective (CAR) action reporting in order to provide the most consistent quality products possible. Consistent with our passion to improve, we have made substantial investments in machinery and equipment. On-going training of personnel is a major element of our quality formula.
